These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://ranbhicapital.com and any courses, Telegram channels, or educational material provided by RanBhi Traders ("we", "us"). By accessing the site or services you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of service

RanBhi Capital provides educational content only about the Indian stock market. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, we are not a stockbroker, and we do not provide portfolio management services. Nothing we publish is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law to use the services.

3. Account & communications

By submitting an enquiry or joining the Telegram community, you consent to be contacted by us via email, phone, SMS, or Telegram in relation to your enquiry and our services.

4. Content ownership

All content on this site and in our learning materials — including text, images, charts, code, videos, and audio — is owned by or licensed to RanBhi Traders and protected by copyright and other Indian and international laws. You may not reproduce, resell, republish, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

5. User conduct

In the Telegram community and any other space we operate, you agree not to:

• Post investment advice, tips, or buy/sell calls, or solicit such content from others.
• Share copyrighted material without permission.
• Harass, abuse, or defame other users.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorisation.
• Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity.

We may remove content or users that violate these rules, without notice.

6. Fees & payments

Where paid services are offered, fees and scope are specified on the product page or via our sales communication. Prices are in INR and may include GST as applicable.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. No guarantees

We make no guarantee of financial gain, trading performance, skill improvement, or suitability of any content to your personal circumstances. Your use of the educational material is at your own risk and discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RanBhi Traders, its proprietor, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of capital, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Third-party platforms

Some of our services are delivered through third-party platforms such as Telegram. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or policies.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for operational reasons.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services.
