Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for paid services offered by RanBhi Traders ("we", "us") under the brand RanBhi Capital.
1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the date of payment, provided the conditions in section 2 are met. Refund requests received after this window will not be processed.
2. Eligibility conditions
- The request is made within the refund window above.
- You have not consumed more than 20% of the course content / sessions, whichever is lower.
- The payment is not against a live one-off event or workshop that has already been attended.
- No breach of our Terms & Conditions or Telegram community guidelines.
3. Non-refundable items
- Payments for events already attended.
- Custom / personalised services already delivered.
- Purchases made using a promotional code expressly marked "non-refundable".
- Any third-party fees (payment gateway charges, taxes payable to the government).
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@ranbhicapital.com with the subject
Refund request. - Include your registered name, email, order / transaction ID, payment date, and reason.
- We acknowledge within 2 working days and complete processing within 7–10 working days of approval.
5. Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where that is not possible (e.g. card expired), we issue via UPI or bank transfer to an account in your name.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unsubstantiated chargebacks may result in suspension from our services.
